The classification is based on 6 criteria:<\/strong>
1. complexity of the activity – 2. knowledge – 3. autonomy – 4. contribution – 5. supervision-cooperation- 6. communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For each criterion, the skill level is scored from 1 to 10. The score is obtained by summing the points (total between 6 and 60).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The analysis framework<\/strong> makes career paths legible and is the reference for the minimum wages guaranteed by the collective agreement of the metallurgy sector (aeronautics, automotive, electrical, electronics, and some IT companies). As the criteria are very general, they can be used as inspiration for jobs in other sectors. It should be noted that this system is the result of joint work (both by employers’ and trade unions’ organisations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NB: a job is “a set of tasks, activities and missions carried out by the employee within the framework of his or her employment contract”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
