The score is obtained by summing the points (total between 6 and 60).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>analysis framework<\/strong> makes career paths legible and is the reference for the minimum wages guaranteed by the collective agreement of the metallurgy sector (aeronautics, automotive, electrical, electronics, and some IT companies). As the criteria are very general, they can be used as inspiration for jobs in other sectors.
