Demandons-nous : peut-on supprimer le job et r\u00e9affecter possiblement le salari\u00e9 \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches \u2018<em>vraiment<\/em>\u2019 productives\u00a0? Si oui, alors le salari\u00e9 entre dans un des cas d\u00e9crits \u2014 dans un langage fleuri \u2014 par D. Graeber\u00a0: les \u00ab\u00a0faire valoir\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0cocheurs de case\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0petits chefs\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0rafistoleurs\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0porte-flingues\u00a0\u00bb. Sans parler des placardis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si quelques-uns  s&#8217;en accomodent, car ils continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre pay\u00e9s, la majorit\u00e9 supporte tr\u00e8s mal le sentiment d\u2019ali\u00e9nation et d\u2019inutilit\u00e9 sociale, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pathologie si la situation dure (on parle en anglais de \u00ab\u00a0brown-out ou de bore-out\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quiconque a travaill\u00e9 dans une grande organisation \u2014 priv\u00e9e ou publique \u2014 ne sera pas surpris. J\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame conseill\u00e9 plusieurs personnes : comme ce commercial sans territoire \u00e0 prospecter, ou bien un territoire que chacun sait fictif, car sa hi\u00e9rarchie a d\u2019autres priorit\u00e9s que de le r\u00e9affecter\u00a0! ce salari\u00e9 d\u00e9rangeant mais difficile \u00e0 licencier, \u00e0 qui l\u2019on donne des t\u00e2ches de peu d\u2019utilit\u00e9 voire humiliantes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pi\u00e8ge pour le salari\u00e9 est alors de perdre sa confiance en soi et de s\u2019enfoncer dans une spirale dangereuse pouvant mener \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel. Que faire alors ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vaste sujet\u2026 Un premier conseil : ne pas s&#8217;isoler par honte mais s\u2019appuyer sur les bonnes volont\u00e9s dans l\u2019organisation, o\u00f9 qu\u2019elles soient (ressources humaines, lignes hi\u00e9rarchiques alternatives, m\u00e9decin du travail, famille, coll\u00e8gues, syndicats). Le livre de D. Graeber aidera la \u00ab victime \u00bb \u00e0 d\u00e9culpabiliser en prenant du recul.
