Since perseverance is one of the keys to success, incorporating activities into one or more routines—especially a morning routine that you follow every morning—makes it easier to stick with them.
Note: These activities can include, for example: physical exercise; positive affirmations; reviewing the previous day’s activities; making a to-do list for the day (tasks and chores, but also pleasures); analyzing dreams; and practicing gratitude (thanking the universe for all the good things it brings, both small and great joys).
